Submit a Proposal

NOTE: The initial submittal deadline has passed and the city has tentatively selected tenants for most of the building spaces–though some spaces remain open. Additional proposals may be submitted any time, but no decisions will be made until the next review period (too be announced).

The City of Woodstock is seeking tenants for the Old Courthouse and Sheriff’s House for 2022. This process has been created to allow the city to evaluate, both comprehensively and fairly, the potential uses for the buildings. And, to select the ideas which most align with the city’s preferred uses, preserve the dignity and integrity of the buildings, are responsive to community needs, and provide long-term financial viability.

It is highly recommended that all applicants take a tour of the buildings prior to submitting a proposal. Tours of the buildings can be arranged by contacting City Planner Darrell Moore.
